How to make the chicken juicier!

For many of us, grilled poultry is dry, so try to make the chicken juicier. How? Just wrap the chicken breasts with slices of smoked bacon. The melted bacon fat will not only add juiciness but will enrich the taste of your chicken with distinctive smoky aromas, and the fresh rosemary will complete the whole dish! Try it and you will find out that the recipe for grilled chicken breast wrapped in traditionally smoked bacon will become your favourite! By adding different herbs each time, you will get new original flavours, and… the chicken will always be juicy. 

  

Ingredients:

  • SMOKED BACON SLICES DK 95G
  • large chicken breasts - 2 pcs.
  • salt pepper
  • half a teaspoon of ground chili pepper
  • oil
  • fresh rosemary
  • juicy tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • a handful of dried tomatoes 

How to prepare of grilled bacon wrapped chicken breast?

  • sprinkle the smoked bacon slices lightly with salt, pepper and ground chili pepper
  • rinse chicken breasts in running water, rub with oil and freshly crushed rosemary and wrap tightly with bacon slices, then stick with a toothpick
  • light the grill, grease the grill grate with oil, grill the breasts for twenty minutes, turning them from time to time until they are an even golden brown
  • serve the finished dish with dried tomatoes and your favourite herbs
