“Based on art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27/04/2016 (hereinafter referred to as: RODO) we kindly inform you that::

- The personal data received will be processed for the following purposes:
- sale of the Company’s products - based on 6 sec. 1 letter b of RODO and the agreement concluded in this respect
- presenting you an offer of cooperation or purchase of the Company’s products - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of RODO, due to our legitimate interest in achieving the Company’s sales targets
- carrying out the bidding procedure - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 letter a of RODO and your consent
- carrying out the complaint procedure - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f RODO, due to our legitimate interest in ensuring the highest quality of our products and good cooperation with Clients and Contractors
- e-mail, fax or telephone correspondence based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f RODO, due to our legitimate interest in the possibility of ongoing contact with you, answering questions, as well as establishing and maintaining business relations
- billing (tax and accounting) based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c RODO and relevant tax and accounting laws
- defence against claims and claims based on 6 sec. 1 lit. f of RODO, due to our legitimate interest in defending against claims and pursuing them
- monitoring the area of the Company based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f RODO, due to our legitimate interest in the protection of the property against theft
- Personal data will be processed for the above purposes over the following periods, in the case of
- sale of the Company’s products - during the performance of the contract, and then until the time of prescription of any claims specified by law
- presenting you with an offer of cooperation or purchase of the Company’s products - pending the submission of objections, and later also for the period of prescription of any possible claims specified by law
- tender proceedings - until its completion, and later for the period of prescription of any possible claims specified by law
- complaint proceedings - until its completion, and later for the period of prescription of any possible claims specified by law
- e-mail, fax or telephone correspondence - for the period of its exchange, and later until the prescription of any possible claims specified by law
- settlement (tax and accounting) - until the data storage obligations resulting from the relevant tax and accounting regulations expire
- defence against claims and pursuing claims - until the time limit for their prescription defined by law;
- monitoring the area of the Company - for a period not exceeding 3 months from the recording date, unless the recording is evidence in proceedings conducted under the law or the Company has received a message that they may be evidence in such proceedings (then the deadline is extended until the final conclusion of the proceedings)
- Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary due to the implementation of the objectives referred to in point. 3.
- This data will not be used for profiling or making automated decisions1.
- In connection with the purposes referred to in point 3, the recipient of personal data may be entities providing for us services related to the processing of personal data, including:
- entities conducting postal, courier, transport, payment, security and auditing activities
- IT service providers or IT (service) companies
- video monitoring providers and relevant service companies
- You havethe following rights related to the processing of your personal data:
- the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data - the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing which was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal
- the right to access personal data
- the right to request correction of personal data
- the right to request removal of personal data
- the right to demand the restriction of the processing of personal data
- the right to transfer personal data, i.e. the right to receive personal data from the administrator, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable computer format (it concerns only data that is processed on the basis of the consent)
- the right to object to the processing of data due to your special situation - in cases where the administrator processes data on the basis of their legitimate interest
- the right to file a complaint to the President of the Data Protection Office”
